I really like that you are dependable and flexible. You never miss a cleaning date, and are always willing to help me out by moving my days and times around. I like that you use your own equipment and supplies, so I never have to worry about running out and getting my own. I feel safe having your staff in my home, and I never hesitate to recommend Merry Maids. I love coming home from work to a clean home.

Your people are very good and very nice to deal with. On tuesday Michelle cleaned the kitchen sink and removed stains I have not been able to remove. Can you tell me what she used so I can keep the stains cleaned out?

The service provided on the last visit, November 5 was excellent, the best service in quite some time. I hope the individual will be my regular person from now on.

We do have a question, do you put our recyclables once removed from our wastebaskets in the recyclable bin in the parking lot. Tenants have received letters that we could get fined in put in the wrong bins.

Also, when placing the rugs in front of the doors, please put them closer to the doors so people start walking on them right away.

Other than that, everything seems to be great.

I like that you will use unscented cleaning products, that I don't need to be home to know that the person who cleans will do a great job, I feel comfortable leaving them alone in my home and they are all such nice people!!!
