There were some problems initially, but MM has been willing to respond to feedback to better meet our needs. Recent service has been thorough and professional. I like having the same maid most of the time (Tressa). She has learned how we like things done. She is always cheerful, professional, efficient, and remembers instructions from one week to the next.

However, on another note, although I stated that I will recommend Merry Maids, I will only recommend the company that service my home. I recommend Merry Maids to my daughter who live in Chesterfield, Virginia and the services she received was horrific. They had to redo the cleaning twice and a manager came along to help. The cleaning was still unsatisfactory.

Reminder calls, friendly staff

My husband and I both work full time so the last thing we want to do after a long week is clean the house. We love coming home from work knowing our house is clean and we can enjoy our weekend. Everyone we have dealt with at Merry Maids over the last several years has been wonderful. Their customer service is stellar and their ability to adapt to our needs and changing schedule are the reasons why they will have our business for years to come.
