The first cleaning visit went very well. All areas except the Kitchen were cleaned well. I reported the problem with the Kitchen floor and Jamie came out the next morning and expertly cleaned the floor. This is the kind of service I expected and received from Merry Maids of West Chester.

The ONE cleaner than you sent did a tremendous job on a whole house clean up. a supervisor came for a few hours to help her, but that was it. My good friend had a Merry Maids in Louisiana and he told me for people would come- two dry and two wet. They would clean from top to bottom, finishing in the center of the room. Obviously, with only one person, that did not happen. My sister was at the house from time to time and was very pleased with the ONE cleaner that you sent. You are lucky to have this person!!

Staff was on time and cleaning done well.
The promptness. Your workers especially Jen who cleans my home. Your willingness to work with your clients and their schedules. Your adaptable schedules and flexible plans. The products used do not give me any problems.
Prompt courteous friendly. liked the fact that someone inspected the job before the "merry maid:" left. The scent of cleaning products was very pleasant. Only criticism was that vacuuming behind living room chairs was not done. I know I did not sign up for deep cleaning but I thought vacuuming an obvious spot like that would be included.
My home was sold and I was unable to be there when the service was performed but it was made very easy for me and I was pleased with everything.
I had an immediate need for our house to be cleaned. Merry Maids was able to accommodate our need and was compassionate at the same time.
cleaning was great except the last cleaners I had did not clean behind toilet, floor and baseboard - I did not clean it my self (91YRS OLD) to see if your cleaners would do it --it was not cleaned, but otherwise they really did do a good job with the other rooms.
