We have used numerous house cleaning services during my career, but Merry Maids has been the best experience ever. The manager, Sue, was extremely easy to work with in scheduling our cleaning. The email updates were reassuring. The cleaning service, done by Gwen, was outstanding. She thoroughly cleaned every surface in our house. When she was done, our house was in mint condition. She is, by far, the best person we ever worked with. Merry Maids provided a quality control person, who inspected the final work and made sure we were satisfied. We never had this before with any service. The best feature of all, is there is no pressure from annoying salespeople to force you into signing up for weekly cleaning services. Merry Maids obviously relies upon customer satisfaction for repeat business. On a scale of 1 to 10, they are 10+ and I highly recommend them.
