Trainee Mary, who accompanied one of your regular employees, did an excellent job. I watch her check her work as she left each room. She even backed out the front door to check herself and went back to wipe up something she missed!

I was very impressed with the amount of cleaning the Merry Maids associate on the first visit. They cleaned my woodwork, moped my floors, dusted etc. to perfection. I wouldn't trust just anyone to come into my home while I was not there but knowing that the employees are bonded made me feel much better. I can't wait for the next visit!

After the "deep cleaning" service, our house has never, ever, been that clean. Wow.

Ashley from the Northern Kentucky office was fantastic. She gave me a quote after she looked at the property and then personally came back to make sure the job was done right. It in fact was not so she came back and completed the cleaning, as promised. I was really impressed with her professionalism. She is the reason that I would call Merry Maids again in the future. I am in fact going to switch to Merry Maids for my house in Virginia because of her.

Everything looked great -shiny and clean. The smell of the cleaner was not over powering, but smelled good. I am very pleased with the service and look forward to continuing it.

Mery Maids offers very professional services. All the employees at this Norther KY location are outstanding. All the way from the Manager (Kevin), Office Assistants (Angel / Ashley), to all of those in the field (Heather, Amanda M., Kathy are among the best) make the level of service excellent. And this level of service is offerred a reasonable price. The high quality peronnel plus the price, add up to be an ubeatable combination.
