Elise cleaned our home yesterday (Thur., Aug 30th). A joy to come home after she's been there. As soon as I step into the house I know Elise was your staff member that was there. Elise leaves our home like no one else in your crew. Seriously, it spakles and smells wonderful and she has an excellent vacumn. The carpeting looks brand new when she leaaves. She cares for our home like she would her own. I can't say anything better than that. I am requesting she be assigned to my house on a regular basis. I like the fact I have the same leader each time and it's not a different person each time that doesn't know the house and I'm not having to explain certain things over and over. She knows what to do and how i like it and does an exceptional job and is out of here in no time.

I like the women teams you have (mother and daughter). They are wonderful to work with, do an excellent job and want them to come back to my home when I need service. The Merry Maids branch with whom we deal are exceptional. The office staff is first rate. They repond immediately to any concerns or requests. Most importantly the technician, Heather, that cleans our home is the best we have ever had. Aside from trusting her implicitly, we are impressed weekly by her work. There has never been even one time where the house was not immaculate after she had been there. She works in a very systematic manner and expedites her time there, without compromising quality.
