Many things. First your dependability. When you say when you will arrive, you arrive. If a problem occurs, you let me know immediately. Second, the girls are extremely competent.

They are flexible when you have make changes to your scheduled time. They send emails reminding you they are coming. They tell you where they will be focusing their cleaning. Very professional.
