I live in Columbia Illinois & Tia comes to clean my house & she really puts pride in her work. She is by far the best lady that I have had come clean my house. She does an amazing job. It's so nice to come home on Friday night after a long work week to a nice amazing clean home.
When other people have to come out and clean, because Tia may be out sick - I am a little disappointed because she just does an AMAZING JOB!!!

Consistency in all aspects of the service, from scheduling to the actual cleaning of our home. Communication with cleaning staff has been friendly and effective. Our requests for certain areas to be focused on that particular service day have always been met in a positive manner. Cleaning staff request feedback on a regular basis demonstrating their desire to do a thorough job to my satisfaction. The company has been flexible in scheduling when our frequent travel plans require a cancelation of a cleaning. I would recommend Merry Maids to anyone needing a cleaning service.

Merry Maids are VERY THOROUGH!! My other half is an incomplete quadriplegic, and I am disabled, too. It is soooooo nice to have someone come in, ALWAYS smiling, knowing that when they leave, they will STILL be smiling, and your home will be CLEAN!!! I trust them completely!!!

As stated before in these surveys, it took a while for me to find the right person for me. But now that I have I am very happy!
