I think you do a great job with the kids the classes are organized but still very fun.
Suggestions: Hold policies should be easier. I also work in a subscription based model with kids. The hold policy is very invasive of needing to do in person and by a certain date. This is challengin when kids do multiple sports and parents end up accidentally paying for a service that they won't utilize. If its easy for us to integrate your service into the yearly athletic development calendar we will come back year over year but if its invasive and confusing its less atractive

I love what this place offers! Both of my kids have progressed so much both physically and mentally. They take pride in their new skills. However I have noticed a discrepancy in promotions. Which can lead to a decrease in confidence. Overall Easton has been great!

Good atmosphere overall, my son particitpates primarily in Muay Thai and the teaching staff is really awesome (encouraging, challenging, understanding).
This is the best facility in Boulder, the place is clean, the staff is friendly helpful, and it's a wonderful place to learn Martial Arts, make friends, and get great exercise.

My son loves the coaches and the people who gravitate to Easton. Always a positive word, always a smile. For a kid who has struggled socially and emotionally, this has been the #1 most effective thing in helping his confidence!

Easton is a family-friendly and very welcoming environment. There are not too many places where you get to grapple, choke, and bend people into pretzels and then laugh and talk about each other's jobs and kids 30 seconds later. Easton has quickly become my second family.

Convenience of the classes during the day. If my work schedule changes, I can generally fund a class to go to.
Friendly environment, what I would consider quality BJJ. Plenty of room and good amount of classes to choose from.
The coaches are knowledgeable and create a supportive environment. I'm encouraged to challenge myself and test my limits in a safe space. That trickles down to my fellow students and reminds us to be supportive and respectful of eachother.
Great community, awesome environment
Everything the front desk, the coaches, the peers. The gym has everything I could ask for, the only downside is the online system isn't the best, but the issues I've had have been easily resolved.
