products do not have a bad odor. My only concern is the cleaning of toilets, I am not confident the cleaner/cleaning is working and I have to clean the toilets myself (with toilet brush)

I live 1000 miles away from my elderly mother and when the time came to help her I chose merry maids. Rosemary has been assigned to help mom and she is very trustworthy and extremely helpful. She provides a wonderful clean home for mom and goes the extra mile and never ever complains. She always lets the office or me know how mom is doing that day and weather she needs anything. Her extra companionship is very welcomed by mom and Roseanne is 1 in a million. Merry maids trains their employees well. I highly recommend
