The girls do a through job & let you know if they can't get something clean & why. They also keep asking if they are doing the job to your satisfaction or if they need to do it different. I was very pleased.

Well, sometimes I get the impression that they really rush to get the job done, and a windowsill will go undusted or some other small thing doesn't get done. They have a hard time getting the flat top of my electric stove clean (but so do I). But by and large I think they do a good job and I probably would recommend them. On the other hand, they will do things I forgot to ask them to do, like clean out the microwave last time when I had left it kind of dirty.
The products smell really good and that's an important consideration! I do like the fact that they bring everything here -- makes my life easier.

Efficient, friendly service
The service has improved dramatically over the months. However, I think our assigned cleaners may be getting a little relaxed. They have not emptied the diaper pal in my son's room for two consecutive visits. Sometimes it smells like dirty rags are being used. I'm also not sure how much they move things to clean under and in corners. They also continuously put our trash in the recycling bin outside. The recycling bin is clearly marked with a plastic milk jug hanging from it. The cleaners that came the week before last (when we rescheduled) did an amazing job. They moved things out of the way to clean and paid a lot of attention to detail.

For the first time after 2 cleans my house looked worth what I pay for. The lady's was very friendly and I didnt feel uncomfortable for them to be in my house .
