The person who comes does a thorough job of cleaning and maintains a pleasant demeanor while at my home. She also calls my attention to things I may not have noticed and would want to deal with.
Overall, satisfied. . . would prefer a more definite time of arrival. . . I've noticed a few things get ignored or not cleaned well if I'm not home to check their work before they leave. For instance, my table next to my bed wasn't wiped clean and my bedroom floor wasn't mopped or wiped. I wasn't home and didn't have the chance to check things before they left.
The products clean well but it's the people who make the difference!
