they were thorough. the ladies went to the house to do a walk through, so I could get a proper quote. The lady who cleaned was very nice and she had a check sheet to make sure she didnt miss anything.

Merry Maids has always been very flexible when I need to change a schedule. My cleaning person, Miralesa, (may have spelled her name incorrectly) is an angel. She is very thorough, works extremely quickly and is such a sweet person. I am very comfortable with her in my home.

I think Marisela is terrific and she consistently does a great job with my house. I also appreciate the fact that you call me to let me know she is on her way - you've only missed doing that one time!

I especially like how great the bedroom looks--the bed is artfully made in a hotel style--thanks, that makes me feel special.
