We like our regular cleaning person. She does a GREAT job. This past week was not as good, but it was a new person.

Everything is always done very well. Although one suggestion would be to use a different bowl cleaner. I like a fresh scent and one that lasts longer. I seen to end up with a ring in the toilet within 3-4 days after cleaning.

The staff are enthusiastic and polite. They do a good job. Rosibell even wore shoe covers to do her work. She can come back anytime.

We so appreciate Dawn's attention to detail and style--our bedroom always looks like something out of a Home Magazine. Thanks, Dawn!

We wish we would hear from Manager Omar with followup of removal of spots on our bathroom floor which happened when cleaners other than Dawn worked in our house.

Honesty and Effort to please.

I can't think of the gal that cleaned our place at 749 North Star Dr. but, she is a rockstar! My wife is even impressed which is rare. She is able to effectively clean our entire condo in approximately 1.5 hours.

I like the woman who takes care of my home! She takes pride in her work and is efficient. The products are unobtrusive.

Overall the staff does a good job cleaning, and are very gracious to honor my request to help me clean something that isn't cleaned every visit. Example would be for me to lift the metal cover of our hot water radiators, while the cleaning person puts supports under the metal cover. I keep the cover stabilized while she/he cleans under it. I only have this done every 2-3 months. I appreciate their help very much with a few of those 'extras' from time to time.

I already recommend Merry Maids to my friends. I am delighted by how tidy our house looks these days. With my back discomfort I couldn't bend to get all the corners clean, but Merry Maids regularly clean all the corners and floors. Thanks.!-Name removed
