They show up on time and complete most of what I expect to have happen. The quality of the service varies from time to time, of course. Last week Maria supervised two men, Salim and Jacob, and the job they did in combination was very good.

Overall cleaned pretty well, would like to see the furniture cleaned under and more attention to baseboards.
