House always looks very clean after cleaning, and smells fresh
Don't know about the products, but I encountered 3 issues in my home. Small, but worthy of mentioning.
1. the shower had not been completely shut off, hence a drip. I had been out town and the 10 days of non-circulating air and moisture left me a carpet of mold upon my return.
2. A light had been left on in the small hall, hence 10 days of daylight illumination on my electric bill.
3. Small clock in bathroom had been so vigorously rubbed that the alarm mechanism had been activated. My first night back was interrupted at 4:35 in the morning with a wakeup alarm.

It's dependable and I know what to expect. Cleaners are professional and consistent. I appreciate that they call 30 mins before arrival. The prices are competitive. The company cares about retaining clients.
The house was much cleaner than it had ever been when I was using my prior service and everything I asked to have done was well done.
Aside from the great cleaning job, the woman who cleaned (Delia or Delcia, I believe) was very friendly. She was also allergic to cats and stayed to clean, despite the fact that i have two furballs. I suggested we just reschedule to save her airways, but she insisted on finishing the job. That was way above and beyond.
I was very pleased with Merry Maids, from the initial inspection to the cleaning service, I would definitely recommend Merry Maids. I'd also like to point out that Alva did a FANTASTIC job, she went way above and beyond the typical cleaning service and I was very very pleased!
The fact that the cleaning is ususally done completely covering all areas.
Efficient and reliable
I don't know what products are used. Like the reliability of the service and the thoroughness. Always very clean. Unfortunately we have had several breakages. We do have a lot of glass in our house and we realize it's difficult to be speedy and careful at the same time. Would appreciate a little more care being taken.

I haven't noticed much about the products. They don't have a strong scent. Everything is just nice and clean. Karina is the one that usually cleans our home and she is wonderful. She makes our home beautiful and clean!

The service is fast, reliable and responsible. I have learned to trust the ladies who come to clean. Once in a while there have been items broken. This has happened twice in all the time they have been here, but it is necessary that they be very careful.
On very few occasions there has been dust left behind a bed in the main bedroom.
