My last cleaning was done by Annette. She was in my home for about an hour and a half. This was probably the best, most thorough cleaning my house has ever had. She is OUTSTANDING. I find it very common that whoever is doing the cleaning will only spend approximately one-half hour here, and I often notice that things are skipped because of the rush to finish. I don't think a good job can be done in that limited amount of time. I wish all your personnel were as conscientious as Annette.

The Merry Maids team has been very helpful even going above and beyond to help us out. 2 individuals specifically Jaime and Janie, have taken extra steps to help with extra tasks when we have been busy. Either doing a little extra vacuuming, picking up toys in the playroom, or doing small detail work when we were bringing home our new baby -- in all cases we have been really appreciative of the help.
