The ladies are very friendly and respectful. Overall, we have no complaints about service. They have been flexible in the schedule when we've needed to change it. I'm not a big fan of the "vinegary" smell of the products but know they're effective.

She did not miss one nook or cranny, and every single thing was cleaned to perfection. She was also very friendly and personalble. Very, very happy with the results.
