Whatever Merry Maids uses to clean the bathrooms is AMAZING! Due to a death in the family, I had to postpone a regular cleaning, and still after 3 weeks, my bathroom fixtures shine. The best thing about your service is Ms. Sarah, I have no problem with trusting Sarah to clean my house, there is no need to check on her. Sarah is outstsnding and she honestly cares about her job and her customers. I strongly recommend she deserves a raise, before you lose her.
Your equiptment for the most part is great, however, the back pack vacumn cleaner may cause you some OSHA / ergonomic problems in the future.

I like having Camille as our Merry Maids' girl. She knows her way around and she does a great job. If I am home when she arrives, she always asks me if everything is ok with the cleaning and if there is anything that can be improved. She is always very pleasant and professional. I do respect, however, the fact that it is also a good idea to have some one different from time to time so that more than one person has a familiarity with your home. But I have to say, in my opinion, Camille has done the best job and there is something to be said for that.
