House is not clean, I expressed what I needed when I got the contract but the services were not provided as detailed as explained in the contract or in the service sheets provided weekly. I havfe complained several times and have asked that a manager come inspect my home after it was cleaned and that has never been done. The representative atthe Pittman office is very rude Sherry Hitchner and treats peolple like she is doing them a favor but does not take into account that this is a paid service and that she cannot talk to people or send rude emails to customers as she pleases. I would appreciate a call from a cooperate person to further discuss this. Thank you Phone number removed

Merry Maids has done a very good job in keeping the appointments on going and has done a very nice job of cleaning the whole house including the kitchen. Very friendly staff and we have the same person every week. I also like the fact the Merry Maids keeps in contact with me on a bi-weekly basis to remind me of the day for cleaning.
Reliable, thorough, friendly, and efficient
The ladies are always pleasant. Upon arrival most of them ask is everything ok and if there is anything that needs special attenion. I can let them know what I think should be done a little better with no problem. The quality of work does vary from person to person. I realize everyone is different, but if everyone is taught the same thing, I do not think there should be a difference worth mentioning.
The woman who cleaned my place was very pleasant & courteous. And, I was happy to learn you use all natural cleaning products, no harsh chemicals. I have only one question to ask for the next time and that would be what was used on my hardwood floors. This I will ask at my next appointment in July. I also appreciate having the Manager stop by to see that everything was done satisfactorily and if I was happy with the results.
