The service is reliable, I can count on someone coming on the day reserved. The level of service provided depends on the provider coming that day, but, in general, it is acceptable and we are content. The products have proven to be effective and non-irritating.

We are always pleased at the consistent good service we receive from Luisa of Merry Maids. We recently had a plumbing issue resulting in a flood to all three levels of our home - Luisa was able to work around the chaos of repairs, provide her usual fantastic cleaning, and help us feel better able to relax in a very stressful time. We couldn't live without her!

I like coming home to a clean house from a long day at work. I like the fresh smell, the shine on the table and kitchen counters, and the vacuum marks on the rug. I like the little extra touches - the special way the towels are folded on the racks and toilet paper tips, and the happy face on the note that they leave.
