Nice to have a clean home when busy.

Everything was put back in place. The house smelled so clean and fresh and there are small details that make it worth every penny you spend (how the towels are folded, the toilet paper triangles).

The team did a great job with cleaning the house. My neighbor said it looked great, especially the bathrooms. (This was in Colorado Springs)

But i have left two messages about follow-up cleaning. THey were supposed to clean the kitchen, but didn't clean the oven and microwave. I called and they said they would come back, but didn't. Also, I said I was military and not sure if I got a military discount. I asked about it and they never got back to me. Disappointed in that piece.

That when MM leaves my house it is almost spotless and I can think of other things for a while.

When Veronica cleaned there was always a pleasant odor in the house. We've noticed that since Tonya cleans there is no odor although Tonya does an excellent job of cleaning. Also, Veronica emptied the trash cans and left a new liner, Tonya does not. Just wondering. We don't know your policy on this. Again, there is nothing wrong with Tonya's cleaning, she is very good.

The service we have received, so far, far surpasses the cost. Everyone in the company is friendly and helpful. The cleaning itself was unsurpassed by any other cleaning service I have received previously.

The cleaning was for the grandparents in the in law apartment. Jennilee was very sweet and patient with them. She did a very thorough job, and longstanding odors were gone. There was a nice, light cinnamon scent that didnt seem as though it were covering up the odors.
