Women are prompt, thorough, and polite. Products are good but I would like stronger products in the bathrooms.
Most of my home is thoroughly cleaned by courteous staff; and that certainly is a treat to myself. I was hesitant at first; but, now, I look forward to my cleaning date. The staff is very good at the dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
A few things that I have issue with:
I find the scent of vinegar unpleasant (even tho' areas do shine). Is there another cleaning
product that is as effective?
My shower stall shows some mildew around the floor and shower doors show some calcium
on the outer trim.
This last visit the bathroom toilets were not cleaned on the inside of the bowls.
It is a pleasure to have Merry Maids service; and I have praised and referred them to many of my acquaintances.
My husband and I are very pleased with the very thorough job that they do when cleaning our home. The girls are conscientious and efficient.

I have been extremely happy with the service from the Merry Maids team. The house is clean and they even “picked up” the toy room, which was a bonus!
Convenient, professional, unintrusive. Love the look of a clean house without having to stress over getting it all done myself. Clean fresh smell. And the cards from the people that clean left on the counter make it nice to know or remember who has been there. I work from home and barely hear them while working.

I don’t have to stock anything...you bring it all. The cleaning was thorough and the women were professional.
The ladies are polite and professional. They have a great system and I just stay out of their way 😊 I do wish they would use a product with bleach in the bathrooms but they do a good job. Always have been satisfied.

I don't particularly like the 'vinegar' smell tho' after they wash the floors. It would be nice to have a citrus fragrance instead.
