The one-time deep cleaning service was for my elderly parents living in another state. Rachel was extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. She advised me on the best way to avoid inconveniencing my folks, other than just getting the cleaning service done. The cleaners were courteous, thorough and efficient. They even made the dog's bed! i like that the maids listen to my wants. They use booties when entering my home. I have glass tops on all my bedroom furniture and they use glass cleaner on them after dusting them down. Their products smell fresh and not overpowering at all. My maid uses a dryer sheet in her vacuum cleaner that makes the whole house smell fresh.
My daughter calls you the cleaning fairies. It’s like you weren’t even there and the house is magically cleaner.

Professional, non-intrusive, friendly staff. Always leave a fresh, clean smelling home. Not perfumey or strong chemical smell. And a nice card with the names of the people that cleaned your home is a nice touch.
