Reliable, friendly, and thorough!

I am SO impressed with your service and Lindsay and Gladys were fabulous. I posted a review on Yelp. I'll copy and paste it here:

I just had my first cleaning today and I am totally blown away. Lindsay and Gladys showed up early (after calling to make sure it was okay) and did such a thorough job, I don't know if I my house has ever been this clean.
They cleaned every corner, crevice, baseboard, got the stains out of the grout in my shower (I had tried everything on them!) and got my kitchen floor cleaner than I've seen it in years. The kitchen counters and cabinets look amazing, the stove, fridge and sinks all sparkle. I have never seen such attention to detail. Not only that, they were delightful people. They worked tirelessly almost all day and were upbeat, funny and a pleasure to have around. They even made fast friends with my cats, which was super sweet.
When I went to wash the dishes to get them out of their way, Lindsay let me know that they would do that from now on and they gave me some great cleaning tips to solve some of my ongoing challenges, too.
These folks clearly take their jobs seriously and take pride in their work. They bring all of their own supplies and really care about doing a great job. They checked with me often during the day to make sure they hadn't missed anything, and I was really impressed when they sent someone by (Nicole?) to check the quality of the work before they finished up.
I highly recommend Merry Maids, especially Lindsay and Gladys, as well as Ashley who showed up to help in the afternoon. I really look forward to having them come regularly. I could not be happier with the job they did, they exceeded all expectations and then some.

Excellent service. Excellent job.

The workers have been very pleasant, efficient and professional. I love the cinnamon scent used on the rug.

I’m not aware of what products the women use when cleaning my house so I can’t say anything about that but as far as the service is concerned, every person I have had any interaction with has been friendly and everyone I have worked with has gone above and beyond to understand and meet our family’s cleaning needs. We have a situation in our home that makes cleaning it a little more of a pain than the average house and sometimes the women walk into a pretty dirty house. I’m always embarrassed when they show up on those days when it has been one of “those” weeks in our house but the women are always sweet and never make me feel ashamed of the mess. In fact, they go out of there way to reassure me that everything is fine, always telling me things like, “I’ve seen much, much dirtier than this.” I don’t know it that is true or if they are just trying to make me feel better; whichever is true, I sincerely appreciate it. They are good people.
