My home looked amazing and I was so happy I utilized this excellent service. Also, I liked that it didn't smell toxic after they were done. Just clean. I have a cat with asthma and I didn't feel I had to worry about her inhaling the fumes from the products.

They do a great job cleaning our construction office.

I appreciated that non-abrasive cleaners were used, and I also appreciated that the employees verbally expressed when a room was completed, so that I had the opportunity to request any additional cleaning, or to declare the room finished.

I also was pleased that the employees made me aware of time-frames for certain cleaning areas (such as window cleaning), so that I was able to make an informed decision with regard to where I wanted them to focus their efforts to provide my wife and I with maximum cleaning-to-time ratio.

Staff are pleasant and hard workers. However, there are frequently delays or miscommunications about their arrival times. For example, on the day of last cleaning, we had a voice mail call from office that worker would be an hour early - coming at noon. Worker called at 1:30 or so to say she was at another home - somehow she thought I was supposed to respond to office message. By the time she did arrive, I had already taken care of part of kitchen work that needed to be done and it was too late anyway for her to do everything as we needed to leave later in the afternoon. Another problem is what I would consider to be inconsistencies in doing certain basic tasks - an example would be that sinks are not always cleaned or cleaned adequately.

My Merry Maids do an excellent job on our bathrooms--my husband and I no longer argue over who will clean them. Money very well spent.

I like knowing there is a time when my house is going to be clean no matter how I feel. My health is very inconsistent, but I can count on the merry maids. They are my angels with rags to clean and mop.

I seriously don't know what I'd do without Nicki, she's so loves her job, and you can tell by how she treats my home. She always goes the extra mile on anything that is needed cleaning. She's quick but efficient! I look forward to seeing her every other Monday. Great job Nicki!
