I like having my floors clean and our home dusted. I have received comments from others that our home is meticulous. I keep everything picked up and have things ready for the girls when they arrive. I have to be honest when I say I think you are a little overpriced. $95.00 is pretty high when the cleaning time is usually 45 minutes. It took longer in the beginning but I think there a few minor things that they don't do like they did when we first started. I like the girls, they are very pleasant and do keep on task. If I see something I think they missed they are always very happy to do it. We figured we are paying approximately $2. and something a minute. I have suggested your company to several of our friends but when asked what we pay, they weren't interested. I know you have many customers so the cost that so many find prohibitive isn't a concern to you and I am grateful for what I have done as I am unable to do it myself and hope we will be able to continue for a long time in the future. As I know you are aware, prices go up all the time but Social Security does not. Thank you for your service.

Merry Maids were friendly and patient with me when it came to clean my new home before we moved in. I loved they cleaned more than I was expecting.

The house keepers are always pleasant and respectful. I like some of the cleaning products but prefer they use my stuff for my wood floor. They are very accommodating when I have had to reschedule a clean appointment, sometimes with pretty short notice.

When Adria has been to my house I can tell as soon as I walk through the door. Everything sparkles and looks new. My carpets are amazing, I love the lines that are made even in the stairs! My next favorite thing is how everything is dusted including the furniture! I love the little touches in the bathroom. It's like coming home to an upscale bed and breakfast! I never had time to dust let alone mop, now my house gets the extra attention it deserves. Thank you Merry Maids! We love you!!

I like the fact that I can have the same people clean my house. It is easier to fine tune their efforts to what I expect. I still have a few things that need to be improved, but in general they do a very good job. The cleaning products are okay.
