I like that even though different people come they all get the same information so I don't have to explain things over and over. They are all very nice and do a great job. Also, a bonus they get along with the pets.

They're not following all of the posted cleaning instructions. I'll be calling in to discuss this with one of your office personnel soon. One of the most important "written" instructions is NOT to clean the upstairs TV screen. The TV is perched in a very precarious position high on a stand and on a downward angle. It has came loose before and nearly crashed to the floor. It was strapped down about as firmly as I think it can be, but I don't want it to come down when one of the girls is attempting to clean it. Just let it be.

Are used to work for Servicemaster so I was very familiar with Merry Maids. I contacted the franchise in Olympia Washington for a monthly cleaning. Jackie and Kelly were great. They did a fantastic job

Yara is so detailed in all her services she provides. She always maked an effort to reach out to my son and asks how he is doing if he is ever out the house while she is professionally cleaning our home. Yara is an excellent cleaner, so efficient, and friendly! She is not just a great asset to your Merry Maids brand she is become part of our family and we love her!

My husband and I are so very pleased with Jackie and Austin! They come on time and ready to tackle whatever I want cleaned that week. They have helped me lay down a new rug, too heavy for me to attempt, and next visit helped me lay the pad under it that had just arrived! If I ask them to do something on a regular basis I only have to ask once. Adversely, If I ask for a one time job, they are happily on it. We love their sunny attitude and their inexhaustible energy!

I like knowing that I can trust Merry Maids in my home even when I'm gone. I am pleased to have a clean home when they leave. I like being able to speak to someone at the office if I have any concerns or messages for the cleaners. The products used seem to clean well without leaving any odor. Everyone who has come into my home has been very friendly and helpful.

I like your service because it make it easier for me to keep the house clean. There are things I just can't do anymore and with Marry Maids I don't have that stress anymore.

Austin and Jackie did a great job in only two hours. Everything looks and smells so fresh and they had some ideas on how to handle stains created by the minerals in our water. Austin even washed the exterior of my wood stoves! Jackie made an older shower look so much better. Merry Maids is a keeper.

I love that these two awesome people are willing to try anything to get my floors to shine. The bathroom smells so good when Jackie is done cleaning. I have nothing but GOOD to say about them BOTH!!!..

Professional,friendly, and respectful

I find that the office staff listens to me. The maids do a good job. The price seems high, but the saying is 'you get what you pay for'. I think in this case it is true quite often.

The products seem adequate and don't bother me or my family. My husband and I both have COPD.

My family is very happy for all of the help with the cleaning.

Not at all fond of the odor left by the products used to clean HOWEVER, the service was great! Can't say enough good things about the women and the job they did. Very professional. Prompt and treated our home with respect.
