I love that I have a set time when I can expect the ladies to arrive (and finish) at my home. The house never smells like chemicals, only fresh and clean. Any concerns I have had have been quickly dealt with. Very happy with this service.

The cleaning teams have often changed from week to week but I really like to see the veterans (those who already know the house) return. Theresa is one of those ladies: she always does a bang-up job, does a little something extra, and has a friendly way about her.

I would be likely to and have recommended my new team to Mrs. Curtis. I had recommended Amy's team and the current team is seems to not be satisfactory. Mrs. Curtis is in Steilacoom as well, and as I mentioned before am embarrassed that I'd recommended MM and then Amy left. My new team is great. Our bathrooms have never looked better and I especially like that when they dust they put things back where they found them.
