The team who cleans my house, headed by Theresa, is always prompt or calls if they have to be somewhat late. They do a thorough job of cleaning the house and always will help if I need some 'extra' service, like pulling the garbage and recycle bins down a steep driveway to the road. They are personable and take a personal interest in my family and the job they do. A pleasure to see them every other week.

There really aren't any flaws in the survice Merry Maids provides. They arrive on time and do a great job.

We enjoy th efresh smell that is let behind whe the ladies leave. We have two big dogs. The fact that we never have to be concerned with cleaning our home, other than the regular day to day stuff.

We enjoy coming home to a clean house every two weeks. We also enjoy the cinnamon (?) spray as a reminder of our clean. Also, the phone call the day before is helpful, as having two little kids keeps our evenings frantic, and knowing that we should clean up a little to make the girls' jobs a little easier keeps us more focused.

The people are nice and treat my home with respect.
