I think that your associates who clean the house or efficient and focused on doing a good job. They are very polite. The manager came over unannouced and checked their work. I could see that they ensure the quality of the service. She was very professional and polite.

Two different people last time were really good. Ernest (?) is both very tall and very strong, and didn't even think about it when I asked if he could get the little styrofoam pads out from under the legs of the sofa that the carpet cleaners left- he just picked it up with on hand and pulled them out!
