Although I am not happy one of your former employees scratched the front of my stainless steel refrigerator, I am generally amazed that Pilar and whoever comes with her are able to make my house sparkle in such a short time.

Prompt and fast.
The wood floors looked great, very sleek and shiny. But they walked on them before they were completely dry, and left footprints.

Merry Maids is professional, but flexible. They are at door exactly when expected, yet, with a busy schedule I can reschedule with no problem. I have used Celia since the beginning and she is always friendly, prompt and thorough. Wouldn't change!
