You answer your phone, and it’s easy to schedule service. Your employee arrived as scheduled, and did what was expected in the anticipated time frame. Her work was as expected, and she did not use her cellphone....I don’t even know if she had one...while on the job. I provided and requested she use, vinegar for cleaning floors, which she did. She used her own products for other surfaces. I was pleased with her work, and wouldn’t hesitate to use your company again.
I like that I can call and let them know what I need and they make it happen. Very nice girls! Always give 110% when cleaning my rental units!!

Love the cinnamon smell. You should sell it to your customers. Would prefer using pledge or other on wood furniture......the duster just doesn’t cut it in my house. Also would like better tile cleaning on bathroom floors, laundry room floor tile. Something more than a wet mop. Maybe a disinfectant!

I am thankful that I am able to have the same two ladies each week--if that were not the case I am not sure I would remain with the company. The two ladies I currently have, Rosario and Vilma, do an outstanding job week after week. They are friendly to each of my family and are well liked. I can always count on them to do a thorough job and they are very trustworthy. Not once have we ever had a reason to question their honesty. We appreciate them greatly and count them a real blessing to us.
