Those girls that came to do my kitchen were beyond nice very personable they literally broke their backs to mk my cabinets shine and sparkle I say they had about 15 years of grease n grim build up on em when they got done they must have taken at least 10 years off of em very nice job and they didn't dilly dally scrubbed the whole time even though I was trying to talk their ears off didn't get distracted once talked to me and cleaned I only had em for your 3 hours for those 3 hours looking d as if they did two days worth of work will be using them again after the holidays

My home was spotless when I arrived home from work. There were many small touches such as the way the towels and Kleenex were folded that made my home look extra clean and inviting.

I am very pleased with the work that was completed. I will be curious to see if this level continues, as this was the first time cleaning.

I like Merry Maids setting up my cleaning service and keeping me informed with a reminder. I like paying via credit card as an automatic deduction on the day of service! I'm very happy with Kathy. She is pleasant and efficient...takes suggestions easily and is reliable.

Cleaning products: They seem to do a good job but I'm not happy with the " industrial fragrance". I just don't think they smell good at all... and what happened to the "cinnamon fragrance " I was told I would enjoy in the house after each cleaning? I have yet to experience that!

I am especially aware of a strange smell when I open my microwave just after it has been cleaned. At first I was trying to figure out what was smelling...then after a few cleanings I realized it was a problem right after the house had been cleaned! This is a new house...2 adults living here....so that smell is the result of your products.

Sorry...but you asked for my opinion! Otherwise I am pleased with the service; the office personnel ; really like that they set up my appointments and help to get things accomplished working around floods, hurricanes and vacations! It was a treat to not have to do that myself!

Your employees have only cleaned my house one time. I was pleased with the job done but come back to me after I have used the service a number of times to get valid feedback.

All your employees do a great job cleaning and have gotten a coffee stain off my countertop that I thought was permanent.
