I appreciate the service. Sometimes small things are neglected, and once I found my makeup mirror broken -- things that I don't notice till after they've left, but nothing too troubling. I do prefer to have the same person each week; if there is something I like done I wouldn't have to be here to ask it each time and my dog wouldn't freak out at each new stranger who shows up. But on the whole I'm satisfied.

Natalie is my housekeeper. She is wonderful and a very kind person. I’m glad she comes to my house. She is very good at what she does. My house always looks great.
