Overall, Merry Maids does a competent job at a fair price. However, small touches such as putting gold stickers on toilet paper and plumping pillows on furniture are absent.

I wasn't totally happy with the cleaning until I got Ashley. It was still better than doing it myself, but really wasn't clean. Ashley does a far better job and is pleasant to deal with. I like that I was able to make a change without having to deal with the cleaners and dread that I may have deal with a new cleaner if Ashley can not come on days that I can handle.
The house smells of a cleaner - not the pleasant kind like a pine-sol, but it seems to clean hard to clean places, so I can deal with it.

I guess it's good that you use soft cloths when cleaning, but sometimes the tubs and shower stall need a proper scrubbing maybe with a scratch resistance scrub sponge?? I kind of feel bad for the girls when they have to use that vacuum cleaner, that thing looks like an unwieldy bear of a thing. Other than that no complaints
The house I contacted Merry Maids to clean was quite a mess. Dust and dog hair everywhere. The girls who cleaned did a wonderful job, The house is now clean and the owner will be hiring merry maids to clean weekly, well done.
