They are very thorough. They have cleaned places in my house that I haven't even thought of looking. If you would have asked me a couple months ago if I would pay to have my house cleaned I would have said definitely not. However, after that first cleaning I don't think I'll stop your services anytime soon.

I loved that they did something special in all of our kids' rooms.. The last lady we used was not kid/dog friendly.. at all, and the kids were hurt by that! With 4 kids and a large dog, i appreciate coming home to a clean house.. I thought was awesome..

I am replying for my in-laws (they are in their 80's) we hired the service for them, but talked to them the day that Merry Maids was there. My father-in-law said "I can't believe how clean this bathroom is" My mother-in-law replied "watch out what you say" LOL! At their age they can't see real well, and can't get on their hands and knees to do cleaning, so I AM SURE this was the cleanest the house has been in quite some time! My mother-in-law had just gotten out of the hospital so was especially nice to come home to a clean house. Thanks Merry Maids!

The "maids" were efficient and very professional.
We had just one cleaning so far. I was very pleased in the attention to detail. The mopboards were dusted, carpets moved to clean under and most importantly my son's rooms had dusty, cluttered shelves, that were organized and neatly arranged! Love that! They also loved that a stuffed animal was wrapped up ready for bed..ha! It was great to come home after a long day of working to a clean house!
