The office staff is always friendly and accommodating when I call to find out approximately when Merry Maids will be stopping by to clean. The Merry Maids are wonderful. They remember us and always take time to greet the dogs, ask about their health and call them by name. The dogs recognize them and greet our Merry Maids as family. While this may seem unimportant, to dog lovers this is an enormous plus. We've been with Merry Maids for almost a year. We're 100% pleased.

I like that they bring the equipment and supplies so I don't have to provide them. I also like that they schedule to come every 2 weeks and work with me if I need to reschedule a day.
I like coming home to a clean house. You are consistent in coming to our house on the same day every 2 weeks. You rarely need to reschedule. I am not aware of what products you use but I don't have any complaints.
