I think my stylist was named Miranda. She did a SUPERB job. I was a walk-in on my way to the Orlando airport. If ever I'm in the area again, I will make an appointment with her. I wish she worked in Kentucky!

The professionalism of the staff, the hot towel, and the haircut itself. I really enjoy the quality of service from this location! Ashley did an amazing job!
It's like a mini spa treatment for me when I go. The hot towel is nice, not sure why a second one is sometimes offered, and it's always better having hair washed after a cut so I don't have to worry about an itchy head and little hairs falling down my shirt the rest of the day. The massage is a nice touch as well.
