Great employees nice atmosphere . But your service menu is confusing.
Jules customer service at the plant city FL location is above reproach. She has always gone above and beyond my expectations. She takes her time and I appreciate that since the prices have gone up so much over the past few years. She could like some give you a five minute hair and send you on your way. But again with the prices she takes her time and gives you her best effort. Overall that whole store makes you feel like family.
My only comment would be to higher ups. Don’t make comments in front of the customer about any barber taking a few extra minutes with a hair cut especially when no one is in the Que. again the average person would be very disappointed paying 40 dollars for a five minute hair cut. Thank you we will be back.
Jules is the best stylist. She makes you feel very comfortable and has great conversations. She takes the time to make sure that your experience is the very best it can be. If she not there I wait until I know she's there to get my hair cut.
