Can't speak much to the products as nothing seems to stand out too much. Personally what I like is that MM is a professional business and given scope/scale if we need to move a day here-or-there it's generally fairly easy to accomplish. If there are things not being done as well as I'd prefer, I feel as though it's easier to deal with the business than when I've had an individual cleaning person (made me feel like I was insulting them if I asked for something to be done a different way). I also love the convenience of billing.

We also recently had an example where something in our bathroom accidentally got broken by one of the crew -- from the minute it happened until the replacement item was brought to the house on our next cleaning, the response was amazing. When the crew got back to the office our contact called me to personally apologize and indicated she'd already figured out what company made it and had ordered the replacement online to have ready for our next cleaning. Now that's service!!

Overall we've been incredibly happy with our local Merry Maids and have been a regular customer for nearly five years now.

I like the idea that I get the same maids most of the time. They know what they have to do and proceed in a professional manner. They do a great job!!

I am very sensitive to the odors of cleaning products. The ladies that come are very accomadating and know that I can not tolerate harsh smelling cleansers. They also make
an effort not to wear perfume or any harsh smelling lotions or hair products..how very considerate of them! Also thank you for sending the same young women to our home. I do appreciate it very much!

I know that you will be there on my scheduled day and there are no worries about keys or payments. The house is always consistently clean.

the house smells clean when I come home and I am satisfied with the cleaning.

The girls do a good job in a short amount of time. I would like them to dust/vacuum behind and under furniture, also vacuum vents - with long hoses/dusters. I do not expect anyone to move heavy furniture. The floors look good after they are cleaned.
