Products do not have a heavy scent. The ladies are quiet and efficient.

We are always happy to see the same staff arrive.....my cats still thinks Stef is coming to see her. The cleaning products leave our house both looking and smelling fresh....I'm still not sure how you can clean aluminum and make it look new....but you do !

Attention to detail
The staff are very pleasent and 99 % of te time do a great job.
Consistent cleaning standards, professional behavior, respectful of homeowners possessions, don't talk on their cellphone, don't bang the furniture around, don't hit the walls or furniture with vacuum. I guess I am listing what my former cleaning staff did which Merry Maids staff do not.
