Paula and Sandra were courteous and professional. They got right to work, understood what needed to be done and did it very well. I have one recommended change which I will discuss with Paula for future cleanings and that is the product used on the laminate floors. I would like to switch to warm water and white vinegar, which I've had good results with. The Merry Maid product left a cloudy film on the floor which also shows every scuff mark and appears dusty when the sunlight hits it.
