How clean the house was when they left. As I had requested, they used lemon oil to polish the wood. They cleaned everything from top to bottom. The bathroom had a clean fresh smell after cleaning. They dusted the walls, the curtains, furniture. They dusted the baseboard. Everything was shining clean. My husband and I both were very happy with the service. We look forward to them coming every two weeks now.
The two team members who come are always asking for feedback or if there was anything they missed or a particular area to address and have always taken care of whatever issue was brought up. I really like to know that the people assigned to our house remain the same two as much as possible. Lauren has been here every time and always remembers to tell the other person, if new to the house (lately it has often been Ashley, another great worker who knows our house and preferences), our personal preferences. It's reassuring to have a consistent team.
Love the way the bathroom shower shines. Overall,, a great job, maybe a little pricey.
