I don't know how long the workers are supposed to stay but last time 3 if them were there for less than an hour. As a result things Gina ask them to do all the time and especially she specifically showed them that day didn't get done.I would give the overall rating as a C.
I believe they use safe cleaning products. The last cleaning was again very good. Very polite and pleasant cleaners. Patsy is very easy to work with and cares about client satisfaction as well as her employees. All is well.

We have used Merry Maids for over 2 years and have been very pleased. They clean a second home for us and we are usually not here when they come. The house is cleaned very well including the hardwood floors, baths, rugs, and kitchen. We trust them and enjoy coming to a clean house.
