Overall they did a pretty great job. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was the cleanliness of the tiles/grout in my master bath. I asked if it had been cleaned and I was assured yes. I cleaned it myself later that day and was able to get it cleaner than they had. I was also charged a bit more than quoted (only $5) so that kind of stinks.
