Did a very thorough job the first time out. Very pleased. I appreciate that they a) bring all their own products, b) put things back where they were once they've dusted/cleaned. Did a great job on the floors throughout.
I'm not sure how often my plan calls for cabinet cleaning, but if there were Any issue, I found the polish a bit heavy on some of the cabinets. It only took 5 minutes to tidy up the streaks, so not a Big deal...I just appreciated that they'd been cleaned at all.

Personnel great and on time. Cleaning products not that great, also the not moving furniture to vacuum is a problem. Also have found the personnel have height limits which is problem with9 ft ceilings. Fans are not reachable with the supplied two step ladders. Also the fear of moving something out of place makes dusting and vacuuming a problem.
Service was good. Not getting on even a small ladder left some areas untouched that other cleaning companies do. But overall a good job.
The Ladies at Merry Maids are always a pleasure to have in the facility and do a GREAT job every time, I would highly recommend the service of Merry Maids to anyone in need of cleaning service and Danae is still my favorite.

I was not home at the actual time of cleaning. (on vacation) When I returned 4 days after I really noticed that my kitchen cupboards and bathroom countertops looked brandnew. Thank you. I will definitely use your service again. It was so nice to come home after a month to a clean home
They did a good & the products are fine
Our Merry Maid always does a great job. However, our house is big and a mess due to two big hairy dogs and clutter from two lazy humans. We are thinking about increasing the frequency of service.
Green products, good for environment, good for me. Plus, Leslie does an outstanding job, efficient, through, and a very cheerful and pleasant personality!

I like that the ladies that come to clean my home are very pleasant people. We always chat for a few minutes and then they get on with their work. When they leave, my home looks and feels clean. It really makes me feel good.
