I like how efficient your maids are. I also like how if I request a bit more attention in any given area they are very open to it and do what I requested. For the most part your products seem green and non-toxic. Even so the smell is strong for me and I need to totally air out my home during and after any cleaning. The cleaners were pleasant and worked all the time. They did a good job.
I love that Adela tells me what she has done and what she is working to improve (we have very hard water - so it usually has to do with that).
I like the person who is coming to my house to clean as she needs no direction, is quiet and does great detail work without being asked. Can't give a 10 as the person doing the cleaning is great but have found that Merry Maids can be a bit annoying.
I really appreciate that the cleaning person is the same every time and that the schedule is the same day and time every other week. I also like that the products used are nontoxic.
I like the quality of the cleaning and the friendly service (attitude is important!).
