The two young ladies arrived in a timely fashion and after I gave them a tour of the areas we needed assistance in they proceeded to work and do the chores in a very good fashion.

Reliable, on time, concise. Most of the time I had the same team, which is helpful to know what rooms had benn deep cleaned on the schedule. The products leave a clean smell, but without bleach, some stains don't come clean, so I do that myself between cleanings.The price is reasonable.

I like that the products are not stinky. I don't like that every week I have to respond to a text that yes I anticipate the cleaners arrival on the day we contracted for. I will let you know if the house will not be available. We have worked with Merry Maids almost a year here in Lexington and several years in other locations. We have never not been at the house for you to clean.

I enjoy the cleanness and the aroma of cleanness when my Merry Maids come, but most of all, I enjoy the friendly, dependable, effcient folks they are and the job they do.
Everything is so nice and clean when the ladies complete their work. If I have to leave while they are here, I just leave the check, and go about my business.
