The two member team, Christina snd Patty, are excellent representatives for Merry Maids. They are experienced, hard-working employees who take pride in giving the very best service and results for we homeowners. They are careful with everything they handle, we have never had breakage or scratched furniture in 8+ years. They are familiar with our check-list of duties which also explains how we like things done and which products to use. Absolute Black Granite kitchen counters and floor tiles require special attention. We have many mirrored surfaces, stainless steel and glass topped tables which require attention to detail. The hardwood floors also shine when they finish cleaning. Bathrooms sparkle and white tile and white grout in master bathroom remain white with their diligent attention. Christina and Patty are professional in demeanor, very friendly and honest. They are on time and give a full three hours of constant cleaning. They are responsive to any requests for special help. We cannot praise this team enough; we are fortunate to have their assistance. I hope Merry Maids rewards them accordingly. Very satisfied customers, the McMahans, Chapin, SC.

Always welcome ya'll to our home. But let's don't do 9-10 again. It's too early for us old folks.

They are quite attentive to what you need and they are thorough. We have had experience with services that told me they didn't do this and didn't do that and they were more trouble than they were worth. Merry Maids not only listens to what you need, but they send someone to check behind them, and they are good for their word.

I liked how responsive everyone was. Tami (sp?) proactively came out to make sure everything was okay and my issue was resolved before I even complained.

Then a new team was sent out to complete the work a lot more thoroughly. And they were great!

I have some notes but I know as we spend more time working together those will be easy to iron out.

Looking forward to a next clean.

Our home smells fresh after MM service

I am concerned that bathrooms are not sanitized as I would do. My preference would be to have Clorox Clean up used on all bathrooms and kitchen sink.

I thought you get a good job I just didn't like that you just left without my knowledge I would have loved to have dinner walk through and listen to any thoughts that you may have had about what could be done better or just overall about the place I'll walk you would have been great to do with you after you were done but you did a good job thank you so much
